Your Role

In collaboration with the accounting team, you will participate in a variety of tasks that will allow you to develop your versatility and contribute concretely to operations.

Main responsibilities, depending on the new resource's level of experience:

• Manage billing and prepare payment requests
  
• Compile and verify supporting documents
  
• Support accounts payable and receivable
  
• Perform accounting data entry and follow-up
  
• Participate in process improvement
  
• Gradually contribute to analyses, reports, and financial statements
  
• Support, if desired, certain payroll-related tasks
  
• Collaborate on various related accounting tasks according to the team's priorities
  

The Desired Profile

We are looking for a person who is meticulous, resourceful, quick to learn, and eager for autonomy, who enjoys understanding processes and making contributions in a concrete and evolving role. A basic training in accounting is required, as well as good proficiency with computer tools.
