Paradigme Normalisation is a firm specializing in the design and updating of questionnaires and compliance tools for accounting firms. Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Training Programs and Regulatory Compliance plays a strategic and coordinating role within Logis.

This position has a dual, foundational mandate:

  1. Training Programs – Logis and Paradigme: Oversee the management, structuring, and development of all training programs offered by Logis and Paradigme, from an organizational, pedagogical, and operational perspective.
  2. Regulatory Integration – Paradigme Questionnaires: Ensure the consistent, operational, and controlled integration of regulatory guidelines into the Paradigme product, acting as a key liaison between the regulatory content management team, the development team, and the relevant teams.

The role requires solid expertise in accounting, attestation, and compilation standards, enabling the understanding, translation, and implementation of regulatory guidelines within the product and training programs.

 

Key Responsibilities

TRAINING PROGRAM – LOGIS AND PARADIGME

Training Development and Innovation

  • Design, structure, and evolve a comprehensive training offering covering all Logis and Paradigme training activities.
  • Ensure consistency between Paradigme training, Logis training, and the company’s strategic positioning.
  • Integrate new pedagogical approaches, tools, and technologies, as appropriate.
  • Analyze client and internal feedback to optimize the learning experience.
  • Maintain and develop pedagogical standards and best practices in training.
  • As needed, facilitate certain training sessions.

Planning, Supervision, and Quality Management

  • Plan and coordinate the training schedule.
  • Oversee registration management, logistics, and distribution and sales platforms.
  • Ensure quality control of training programs, both in terms of content and teaching methods.
  • Supervise and mentor internal and external trainers.
  • Support trainers in developing, updating, and delivering training content.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain a high level of pedagogical quality, consistency, and alignment with Logis’s positioning.

PARADIGM QUESTIONNAIRES

Regulatory Integration Governance and Coordination

  • Serve as the operational liaison between the regulatory content management team, the product development team, and, as needed, Logis management.
  • Facilitate communication between standards and development to ensure a shared and precise understanding of the adjustments to be made.
  • Develop and maintain the annual integration schedule, taking into account standards priorities, technical constraints, and operational capacities.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and established processes.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the regulatory content management team and the development team by challenging regulatory directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and optimal operational implementation for integrating regulatory requirements into the product.

Product Evolution Management

  • Plan, prioritize, and monitor projects related to product evolution.
  • Maintain and evolve the product roadmap.
  • Ensure that product-related decisions take into account regulatory, technical, and commercial constraints.

Functional Testing and Operational Support

  • Actively participate in product functional testing, particularly to ensure the validity of integrations.
  • Serve as a functional and operational point of contact for the development team and customer service as needed.

 

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Hold a CPA (Auditor) designation with solid experience in an accounting firm

Professional Experience

  • Have between 7 and 15 years of accounting experience, including at least 7 years in a firm
  • Significant experience in training and managing training activities in a firm
  • Solid experience in auditing and certification, ideally in a firm or in a regulated audit environment
  • Experience in technology transformation, audit software, digital audit tools, or process automation projects
  • Knowledge of data analytics or AI applied to auditing, or a strong interest in using AI to improve audit and certification processes

Skills

  • Proficiency in NCECF and NCOSBL with a demonstrated ability to understand and apply regulatory issues in a product and operational context
  • Knowledge of CaseWare/CaseView and Logis products (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the Office suite, with ease in a cloud-based environment
  • Good understanding of audit methodologies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, independence, and a strong collaborative spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex audit concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
