THIS CHALLENGE WILL ALLOW YOU TO:
• Take charge of all financial operations of the company
• Play a strategic role with senior management while remaining involved in operational execution
• Actively participate in process optimization and the evolution of financial practices
• Supervise and mobilize a team of about 10 people
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and ERP implementation
• Evolve in a varied role where versatility and autonomy are valued
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily accounting and financial activities
• Ensure management of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow
• Produce reliable financial reports that facilitate effective decision-making
• Actively participate in the financial vision and development of the organization
• Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes
• Lead continuous improvement projects and ERP implementation
• Optimize work methods to ensure efficiency and performance
• Mentor, develop, and mobilize a team of about 10 employees
• Collaborate closely with various departments of the company
• Act as a generalist leader capable of navigating both strategy and field operations
DESIRED PROFILE:
• CPA required
• More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Significant experience in team management
• Experience in ERP system implementation or optimization
• Excellent ability to structure and improve financial operations
• Strategic leadership with strong operational execution capability
• Hands-on, versatile, and solution-oriented profile
• Ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good organizational and prioritization skills
• Advanced bilingualism required (professional level in French and English — ideally 8/10 in both languages)
• French may be slightly less strong as several accounting operations are performed in English
