(JM) Paymaster / Payroll Administrator

Description:

– Be responsible for the complete payroll processing cycle

– Work with salary changes etc.

– Manage data to process payroll for around 120 employees (non-unionized)

– Perform all payroll calculations

– Manage final payroll to employees and employment records

– Prepare payroll entries for end of month

– View and administer group insurance plans

– Be available to answer questions related to payroll

– Ensure production compliance with all government standards and documents

– Work in collaboration with the senior accountant to perform accounting and finance tasks and reports

 

Skills:

– DEC or BAC in accounting, payroll, or equivalent experience

– 5+ years of experience in the payroll field

– PCP accreditation

– Experience with ADP, Dayforce or payroll software

– French and English

– Advanced Excel (pivot tables and v lookups etc.)

– Organization and efficiency
