South Shore of Quebec | Hybrid

You love payroll, but you also want to be able to truly disconnect when it's time to take a vacation? This position could be particularly interesting.

Our client, a well-established company located on the South Shore of Quebec, wishes to add a person to their payroll team. This is not an isolated position: the team is already complete, structured, and backup is ensured for payroll. In practical terms, this means you won't have to carry everything on your shoulders and you can take real time off, with coverage in place.

Your Role

You will participate in the complete payroll cycle, in collaboration with another payroll technician who has been in position for several years. You will be involved in managing Quebec payroll, including administrative and CCQ-type payroll.

Your Main Responsibilities

Perform the complete payroll cycle.
Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls according to employee groups.
Participate in the management of group insurance.
Ensure follow-up on CNESST files.
Collaborate with the other payroll technician to share responsibilities and maintain good continuity.
Contribute to a positive, structured, and collaborative team environment.

The Desired Profile

Experience with CCQ payroll.
Good knowledge of Quebec payroll.
Rigorous, autonomous, and organized.
Comfortable working in a team where mutual support is valued.

Conditions Offered

Permanent full-time position.
40 hours per week schedule.
Hybrid mode: 2 days remote work and 3 days in the office
