Responsibilities:

Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in all financial areas of the company.
Evaluate investment and financing opportunities, and manage relationships with investors and financial partners.
Provide financial analysis and regular reports to the management team to support decision-making.

Requirements:

University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA) would be an asset.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role, preferably in a startup or growing technology company.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and make strategic decisions.
