Your responsibilities in a few words:
Prepare and update accounting documentation - Prepare bank deposits and entries in the general ledger - Carry out bank reconciliations in two different currencies and those of credit cards - Ensure management of accounts payable and receivable - Ensure compliance with the terms payment - Enter financial transaction data into the accounting system on a daily basis - Monitor emails and calls related to accounting - Enter receipts and make deposits - Validate all timesheets to ensure compliance accuracy of employee pay

Your strengths for this position:
• DEC or AEC in administration, accounting or in a field relevant to the role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SME (reconciliations, invoicing, collection, etc.)
• Familiarity with treasury, cashflows, foreign currencies and Sage software (assets)
• Excellent command of the Office Suite
• Bilingualism: required
